By clicking on the navigation item ORDER MANAGEMENT you will get an overview of your created RFQs.

For your table view, you can activate or deactivate the following settings: Order number, Internal project number, Quotes (number of quotes submitted to the order), NDA requests (number of open NDA requests for the order), Last edited by, RFQ deadline, Delivery date, NDA (number of already signed NDAs to order), Quantity, published on, Exclusive Partner List, Blacklist, Technologies, Materials, Industries, Certifications. So you get a quick view of each created RFQ with your most important parameters as an overview.

Your orders are divided into 5 categories:

Category 1 | Public
Here are your RFQs, which were saved by you as "published" when they were created, and these can be viewed by suppliers on the platform and offers can be submitted.

Category 2 | Draft
Here are your RFQs, which you saved as draft when you created them. These can be edited or published at any time. These RFQs can not be viewed by suppliers and no offers can be submitted.

Category 3 | Idle
Here are your RFQs, which you have set to Inactive in the category Public via the order options to the right of the order or those for which the offer date has expired. These RFQs can not be viewed by suppliers and no offers can be submitted.

Category 4 | Allocated
Here are your RFQs, in which you have accepted a supplier offer via the offer overview and the RFQ was thus awarded.

Category 5 | Archive: Here are your RFQs, which you have set to Completed in the category Production in the order options to the right of the order. This category serves as an archive for your completed RFQs.
