You can find your placed RFQs as a table view under the navigation item Order Management. More information about the table view can be found under: Can I change the paramenters of a table view?

Already placed RFQs can be edited at any time by clicking on the Options button in the order line to the right of the RFQ. Here you will receive the corresponding options for the RFQ.

The following options are possible:

Category 1 | Public

  • View RFQ Details
  • Set RFQ inactive
  • Copy RFQ
  • Delete RFQ

If you want to edit information in a previously published job, you must first make a copy of it. This copy is then under the category Draft and can be edited there. After editing, you have the option to publish this order or save it as a draft. Depending on which selection you make, the order will be automatically moved to the respective category (Public / Draft). Attention: The original job in the category Public should then be deleted with the option selection.

Category 2 | Draft

  • View RFQ Details
  • Edit RFQ: With this option you can edit information and data in the RFQ and then either save it as a draft or publish it again. When you publish the RFQ, it is automatically moved to the Public category.
  • Publish an RFQ: When you publish the RFQ, it is automatically moved to the Public category.
  • Copy RFQ
  • Delete RFQ

Category 3 | Idle

  • View RFQ details
  • Reactivate RFQ: With this option you can reactivate the RFQ by specifying a new offer and delivery date. The RFQ is then automatically moved to the Public category.

  • Delete RFQ
